By accessing or using the Second Axis platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Second Axis provides an AI-powered workspace that helps users connect, organize, and interact with their business tools and data. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Services at any time.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services.
• Use the Services to transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without our prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Second Axis and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit through the Services.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Services may allow you to connect third-party accounts and services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.

7. Data Usage, AI, and Privacy

We do not train on your data

Second Axis does not use your inputs, prompts, files, integrations, or any other customer content to train, fine-tune, or improve our own AI models. Our AI features run on foundation models accessed through Amazon Bedrock (for Anthropic's Claude models) and Google Cloud. Under these providers' standard data privacy terms, your prompts are not used to train their foundation models and are not shared with the underlying model providers.

No sale of personal information

We do not sell, rent, or license your personal information or customer content to third parties, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers for their marketing purposes.

Security

Customer data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest using AES-256. Access to production systems is restricted via role-based access controls, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication, and is logged and reviewed. We maintain a written information security program aligned with industry-recognized frameworks (including SOC 2 controls) and continuously monitor our controls through our compliance platform.

Aggregated and de-identified data

We may generate aggregated or de-identified statistics (for example, latency, error rates, feature usage counts) that do not identify you or your organization, and use them to operate and improve the Services. Such data is never reverse-engineered to identify a customer and is never used to train AI models.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Second Axis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Second Axis is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
