Third-party integrations

When you connect third-party services (such as Zoom), we collect only the data necessary to provide the integration features you requested. We access this data in read-only mode where applicable and store credentials using industry-standard encryption.

• Service providers — with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Services (e.g., hosting, analytics, AI model providers), under contracts that restrict their use of your data to delivering services to us.

• With your consent — when you have given us explicit permission to share your data.

5. AI Models and Training

We do not train on your data. Second Axis does not use your inputs, prompts, files, integrations, or any other customer content to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve our own AI models or any third-party foundation models.

When you use AI features, your inputs are transmitted to our AI sub-processors strictly to generate a response back to you. Our current AI sub-processors are:

• Amazon Web Services (Amazon Bedrock) — used to access Anthropic's Claude models. Under AWS's standard Bedrock data privacy terms, AWS does not store your prompts after processing, does not use them to train any models, and does not share them with the underlying model providers.
• Google Cloud — used to access additional foundation models. Under Google Cloud's standard terms for its generative AI services, your prompts are not used to train Google's foundation models without your permission.

We may generate aggregated, de-identified statistics (such as latency, error rates, or feature usage counts) to operate and improve the Services. Such data does not identify you or your organization and is never used to train AI models.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, single sign-on and multi-factor authentication for production access, logging and review of access, and continuous monitoring of our controls through our compliance program (aligned with SOC 2). However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Services. When you delete your account or disconnect an integration, we promptly delete or anonymize the associated data, unless retention is required by law.

• Access the personal data we hold about you.

• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
